Data held in the application is processed on the instructions of the customer organisation that licenses it, under a separate data processing agreement, and the privacy notice issued by that organisation applies to its personnel. We process Website data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
